Perhaps the most difficult thing to do after any relationship - be it good, bad or miserable - is slowly learn how to be 'YOU' again. Without realizing it, we give up so much of ourselves to be a good 'fit' with the other. And when he's gone, it suddenly hits you how much you've changed.

And even as you feel a little dismayed, this is your chance to look in the mirror and examine these differences, know that you're suddenly free to retain and discard what you want to become you again.

And more importantly, to like you again.
