I just had a near death experience. My car and a truck missed a head on collision by inches. I suppose this is what happens when you drive at a 120 (km) perilously close to Iftaar-time. I'm home, I'm safe, but my legs won't stop trembling and I can't shake the sneaky realization that (whether I like it or not) I'm mortal after all. Damn-that-was-scary! :(

Jen: I love you most of all! :) *promise*

UB: I'm good. But yea, driving that fast was sortoff stupid. My car unfortunately is not so good, I'm not sure what happened (or even if this is a direct result of breaking too hard or something) but the front lights no longer work. So now I'm the idiot who's got the high beams on all the time. :(

JD: Thanks, I shall try! *grin*

So you need to drive at 120 and be in a near fatal crash to realize that you are indeed mortal.
Who's that who quoted you are the 'most amazing balance of brains,..."

Most of us forget we're mortal until situations like this Deepak. Isn't that why you keep trying to climb mountains (or some such thing)? :P

No, I already know I'm mortal. I try to climb mountains *inspite* of that [:P]

And lemme get this right: You don't think you're mortal until situations like these?
I'd like to add to the respect I have for you :D
